Redesigned business.uscellular.com website to improve the user experience,update the digital presence and brand to be a modern website.

THE CHALLENGE

US Cellular’s business site was outdated and difficult to navigate. The conversion funnel and primary customer task flow was undefined and led to high bounce rates and low conversions. I have worked with US Cellular stakeholders to completely redesign the end user experience for their business customers.

WHAT I DID

Competitive analysis to set benchmarks and understand the competition in the business telecom space.

Refactored the navigation and IA to improve findability and content organization.

Over 80% of their site visitors are on a mobile device, so we redesigned the interface with a mobile-first approach to ensure a seamless and consistence experience across all devices.

I have worked closely with US Cellular stakeholders to completely refresh the look and feel of the site while ensuring it follows existing brand guidelines.
